The complex is made of 2 Towers A&B both G+9 suitable for multiple & single tenants with its large uninterrupted floor plates & symmetrically stacked service bays. The Tower A is first phase of the project nearing civil completion.

With retail at GF as a prelude to the corporate commercial high rise above the design brief was to create an experience right from the main arrival with traffic network mapped into the landscape design in collaboration with Fourth Plane leading on to hardscapes & building interior scheme. ivpartners was commissioned to create a landscape & interior design in conjunction to suit the modern work ambience with inside & outside interactive spaces & offer commercial goers with a vibrant multi functional facility.
