Residential multi storied condominium stands behind an expansive linear retail experience fronting the mixed used development at Capital By M3M located in Sector 113, on the strategic Dwarka Expressway. The residential apartments are structured to look inwards towards the green spaces & landscapes

ivpartners was invited to create an interior design scheme for the multi level arrival lobbies of the apartment blocks. A set of functions were visualised for all these different spaces in terms of flow of daily needs of residents. Design itself takes a leaf from the landscaped setting to create a fluid layout & biophilic environment. Accents of green reflective finishes contrasted with textural murals & avant- garde boucle fabric lounge sofa seating.
